This November, Get Ready to Meet the Pirates

A heaven for tourists and travelers, Cayman Islands embraces in itself a whole lot of festivals, activities and celebrations to make life here, an experience of sheer joy! Among the others, the Pirates Week festival is a highly relished on affair! People flock here in thousands to have a spectacle of the 11 days' celebration. Fireworks, food, fun, street dances, fancy dressing and
sparkling parades, in short a complete array of fun package!

Legacy tells that once, long ago when pirates thronged the seas and oceans on the earth, this part of the Caribbean was home to them during the time they were on land. As they met a gradual extinction, the Cayman became more civilized and built up. But that definitely does not mean we have to compromise with the dazzling tradition!

This year, the Pirates Week Festival is supposed to begin on the 7th of November and continue till 17th. 11 days of hectic joy and entertaining activity! It is supposed to start with a commencing party and a subsequent crowning of the Queen of the 'Pirate week festival'. And the celebration starts
with a bash! Next day, you could expect to see crews of pirates arriving George Town and walking across the streets in wrathful awe and frenzy. It is definitely something you would never wish to pass by, uncaught and unenjoyed. Street dances and parades are then supposed to follow and the
entire merry-making would continue for an elaborate period. It is an experience of life to watch the island breathing happiness and celebration and it is even better an experience to be a part of it!

So this November, Cayman is the place for you to be! It's best to make it there a few days in advance so that you have a chance to prepare yourself in the celebration. Warm and hospitable as it is, you would definitely find yourself actually touching paradise with the Pirates Week Festival!.
